Bataka Pauaa/Pavva

2 Tbspn Oil
Cubed potatoes
Peanut, Till (tal), Rai (Mustard Seeds)
Curry leaves, Salt
1 Tspn Tumeric powder
Lemon juice to taste
Green chillie paste to taste
Fresh coriander chopped
Sugar to taste
1 & 1/2 Cup pavva (Poha)

Method:
Heat a kadai add in Rai, Tal and oil till it splutters next add curry leaves and Peanut braise for while then add potatoes, fry on med heat till the potatoes are done then add green chili paste and toss well Then add Turmeric (arad) and salt lil Jiru Powder
wash pavva and drain water, And add to The Potatoe, add corainder, lemon juice and sugar mix gently And Adjust sugar, salt and lemon juice. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 Minutes and serve hot. Enjoy
