For Black Forest Cake You will need:
Chocolate Sponge Cake (Recipe Shared on my feed)
500Ml Whip Cream
3 tbsp Icing Sugar
-Beat cream In kenwood just before it forms peaks add icing sugar and beat till peaks are formed. Keep in Cool place.
200Ml Whip Cream
1 Slab Dairymilk
Put the cream in microwave for 30 sec and add in Chopped Chocolate, let it stir til well combine.
Shredded chocolates for Cover the cake.
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
melt sugar in water and keep on boil till it bubbles, not to thicken it.
Cut the Round cakes from half
Put one Cake On Tray sprinkle syrup then all over it, then whip cream and sprinkle cherry (optional i ddnt put cherries inside cake). Place another slice on it. Do the same for this layer, sprinkle sugar syrup, then whip cream. Place the last slice, sprinkle sugar syrup all over the cake, apply whip cream.
Sprinkle chocolate flakes all over the cake and on sides. Spread Ganache over Cake,
Make whip cream rossettes and put a cherry slice on it then garnish however you prefer. Keep cake in fridge for atleast four hours before serving.
