Khow suey, is a noodle soup made of noodles and curried beef or chicken with coconut milk, served with a variety of contrasting condiments. A squeeze of lemon also adds tanginess to khow suey. The dish is similar to the Burmese noodle dish.

Khaw Sev

Chicken Gravy
.
In A Pot Heat Oil Add in Small Pieces Of Chicken Or Chicken Fillet,
Salt, Turmeric and Ginger Garlic Paste,
Mix Well And Cook it For 10 Minutes With Coverd lid.
Then Add 1 Grinded Tomatoe, Fried Crushed Onion, Red Chillie Powder, Jiru Powder, Little Turmeric again And Combine Everything and Cook On Slow Flame,

Coconut Curry
1 Tin Coconut Milk
2 Tbspn Oil
1 Tbspn Ghee
2 Tbspn Besan/Chana Flour
Green chili paste to taste
1 tspn Garlic paste
1 Tbspn Cashew and almond powder
-into the pot Heat oil and Ghee. Braise in Chana Flour Til pinkish then add in Chili paste and garlic paste, Nut powder, then add little cumin Powder and pinch Turmeric, let it braise for while and then add Coconut tin and same tin water let it simmer on slow for 10 min.

Topping
Fried Pur
Chopped coriander
Fried Garlic
Chopped Onion
Chilli Oil (Add Chili in hot oil)
Lemon

-Serving
Place noodles into Bowl and then add coconut curry and Chicken curry Serve with toppings.
