Malida or Malido is a traditional Sweet, made with whole wheat flour dough crumbled, sweetened and flavored with cardamom, Almond, Raisins and Pure Homemade Ghee.

3 Cup Malida Flour/ Wheat Flour
3 Tbspn Oil
1 & 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
Make Stiff Dough And makes Muthiya (oval Shape)
-Dip fry muthiya in oil until light rosy to brown colour.
-once all the Muthiya are fried and are cool enough to touch, break them apart using Muddle.
-Grind small batches of this crumbled dough, in your Blender until fine.
-When all the “cookies” are finely ground, add the ing to it and mix through well.
•3/4 Cup Melted Ghee
•1 Tspn Elaichy Powder
•2 Cups Sugar (more if needed)
•1/2 Cup Raisins (red kishmish/darak)
•1 & 1/2 Cup Ground Almond
•2-3 Tbspn Charoli (Cuddapah almond)
•2 Tbspn Pistachio
-Mix Everything Well to Combine.
-Make Balls and Enjoy
