My First Attempt on Sweet Banana Puri or flaky puri (Without syrup)

3 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Ghee
1/2 Cup Corn Flour
1/2 Tspn Baking Powder
7 Tbspn icing sugar

-Combine Everything into large bowl And Rub Ghee well In flour Do not keep any ghee lump.
-Make Soft dough with Lukewarm Water (Do not Use Boiling water)
-Mix Ghee and Oil (keep aside use while layers)
-Mix 1 Cup Corn Flour and 1 Tspn Baking Powder For Sprinkling And keep aside
-Now make 15 Balls From Dough, roll all of them into big thin rounds like roti(chapati)
-Brush Ghee And Oil Mixture on each round
-sprinkle some CornFlour
-Now layer each round on top of each other, but flip it so on the side you brushed ghee & cornflour should both sides be together makes with 5 rounds (roti) (check my igtv)
-After stacking them, roll a big round, lightly brush it with ghee & oil mixture, sprinkle cornflour mixture on it, put water on the edges of the round so the dough sticks well & doesn’t open up.
-Roll like a tight swissroll, make 3 Rolls
-Slowly cut with a very sharp knife Or dough blade (i m using dough blade from fun_wood_kitchen_world) into 1 and 1/2 cm thickness & press it slightly with your finger
-Place each piece flat and roll with a rolling pin to creat a pinwheel
-Fry on very Low heat until puri layers open then increase heat a little and fry till very light golden brown (do not use any fork or spoon)
-Drain in Sifter For few minutes And Immediately Dip in Castor sugar and coconut (i have colored coconut with pink liquid color)
-Into a big tray place 3-4 cups any flour, Place Pepper towel over it and let the Drain oil for overnight
-Store in airtight container
