Traditional Sweet Vermicelli
Sweet Vermicelli or Meethi Seviyan, is a sweet dessert made with vermicelli, ghee, sugar, cardamom and nuts.
1 Cup Vermicelli
4 Tbspn ghee
Pinch Elaichy powder
Sugar As needed
1 Cup Boiling water
Sliced Dry fruits
-Into the Nonstick pan melt ghee add braise in vermicelli on low heat along with Few Elaichy,
Then add In boiling water, Elaichy powder and Sultanas,
Cover the lid and cook for few minutes
Then add in sugar to taste, dry fruits and give it a good mix, cook on low heat until fairly Dry.
Sprinkle coconut and serve.
